Non-structural landscaping under $5,000, such as mulching, soil spreading, or planting, to refresh and improve your outdoor space.

As a general guide: a 500 sqm block with gardens and limited access takes around 45 minutes; a 1000 sqm grass-only block with wide access takes about 30 minutes; and from there you can allow roughly an extra half hour for each additional 1000 sqm of open grass.

Yes, I hold $20 million public liability insurance, and as a sole proprietor I do not carry workers’ compensation insurance. A copy of my insurance certificate is available on request.
The hourly rate includes all machinery, fuel, transport, and my expertise, with the only extra costs being any fertilisers, soil, or products you request (for non-structural landscaping under $5,000), as well as green waste disposal if it doesn’t fit in your bin, which I charge at my hourly rate for the trip plus the actual tip fees.
No deposit is required, and payment is due on the day of service (or within 24 hours if invoiced), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I (Zee) complete all services myself, and at times my wife assists me, so we occasionally work as a husband-and-wife team.
I do not carry out any work that requires council approvals or structural landscaping licences, focusing only on mowing, gardening, and small non-structural landscaping tasks.
If undisclosed issues arise, such as hidden rubbish or excess green waste, I will contact you immediately to confirm whether you would like me to continue with the extra hours, otherwise I will complete the work without those items.
Yes. If you’re not happy with my work, I will return to fix the issue promptly. If I cannot resolve it to a reasonable standard, I will provide either a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Yes, collection and loading time is included in my hourly rate, while tip fees are passed on at cost, and I charge for the time it takes to make the disposal trip.
No, I do not charge a call-out or inspection fee.
I’ll contact you on your nominated number if any issues arise, and if I can’t reach you I’ll do what I can with your prior approval; you’ll only be charged for authorised hours, and I won’t complete unknown items without your consent.
I’ll need safe, level parking for my vehicle and trailer, pets removed from the work area, children or other persons kept clear of machinery, and all gates unlocked or keys left for full access to the property.
I am a beekeeper, but I no longer collect bee swarms or provide beekeeping services to the general public.
Yes, I am a beekeeper and do offer beekeeping services, but only to my lawn care customers - not as a standalone service.
